If you want to prepare a dish for your guests using a large piece of pork, try this recipe. This recipe uses a pork neck that will decorate any table. Bake potatoes on a baking sheet next to the meat, and the main dish of your table is ready. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
1.2 kg pork neck or pork loin
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 carrot
Salt
Black pepper
100g cheese
paprika
Tie together with kitchen twine
2-3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
1 ½ teaspoons whole grain mustard
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
Black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey (or agave syrup)
Bake at 200C, top/bottom heat
Baking time: 75-85 minutes until the internal temperature is 68-70C
After 40 minutes, brush the meat again with the sauce
Bake in the lower third of the oven
If the meat begins to burn, cover it partially or completely with foil
Let rest for 5 minutes
6 large potatoes
Salt
Black pepper
vegetable oil
30g melted butter
2-3 cloves of garlic
Parsley
½ teaspoon thyme
1-2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
