For the cream:
300g cream cheese
80g powdered sugar
250ml cream 33%
5g gelatin + 30ml cold water.
For the chocolate icing:
75g dark chocolate
5g butter
75 ml cream 33%
crushed roasted peanuts for sprinkling.
