For ~23 pieces (~350g):
- 1 medium egg
- 50g of sugar
- 50g butter
- 40g honey (1 tbsp.l)
~ 220g flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder (4g)
- a pinch of salt
- walnuts
As a filling, you can also use dried apricots, prunes, raisins, a piece of chocolate.
Bake in a well-preheated 180C oven for ~ 15 minutes.
